DESCRIPTION:PRESENTAZIONE DEL LIBRO “RICETTE MIGRANTI” di Elena Guerra\, Alice Silvestri ed Erica Tessaro (Cierre Edizioni 2019 in coedizione con l’associazione culturale veronetta129\, in collaborazione con Cookpad). \nVenti ricette\, accompagnate da altrettanti racconti di vita di donne e uomini che hanno vissuto la migrazione e che ora vivono in Italia. Un viaggio attraverso i continenti per conoscere ingredienti\, abitudini\, curiosità che possiamo facilmente riprodurre sulle nostre tavole. Cosa si porta con sé quando si lascia il proprio paese? Una ricetta del cuore che\, grazie al suo sapore\, fa sentire a casa ogni volta che se ne sente il bisogno. Le ricette si modificano negli anni\, mescolando ingredienti e abitudini che si trovano nel luogo di transito o di arrivo. Provandole\, non otterrai un piatto “tipico” ma sperimenterai il modo di cucinare di una famiglia\, una testimonianza di come i sapori siano stati tramandati e abbiano viaggiato attraversando il tempo e lo spazio. Proprio come le persone. \nMiryam Scandola\, giornalista dialoga con Elena Guerra \n  \nELENA GUERRA è giornalista\, ama parlare con le persone\, scrivere storie e creare connessioni attraverso l’organizzazione di eventi per facilitare l’incontro tra culture diverse.\nALICE SILVESTRI è insegnante di italiano come lingua seconda e da diversi anni collabora all’attivazione di progetti interculturali volti a contrastare fenomeni di intolleranza e a favorire il dialogo tra le persone.\nERICA TESSARO è insegnante ed educatrice interculturale\, affascinata dalla storia e dalla cultura dei paesi del mondo\, che cerca di valorizzare e far conoscere. \n  \nWednesday\, November 13th at 6\,30 pm \nPRESENTATION OF THE BOOK “RICETTE MIGRANTI” by Elena Guerra\, Alice Silvestri and Erica Tessaro (Cierre Edition\, 2019\, in co-edition with the cultural association Veronetta129\, in collaboration with Cookpad). \nTwenty recipes\, accompanied by an equal number of life stories of women and men who experienced migration and now live in Italy. A journey across the continents to learn about ingredients\, habits and curiosities that we can easily reproduce on our tables. What do people bring with them when leaving their country? A favourite recipe that thanks to its flavour makes people feel at home whenever needed. Food recipes change over the years\, mixing ingredients and habits found in the place of transit or arrival. By trying the recipes\, we will not get a “typical” dish but we will experience the way a family cooks\, a testimony of how the flavours have been passed on and have travelled through time and space. Just like people. \nThe journalist Miryam Scandola talks with Elena Guerra.  \nELENA GUERRA is a journalist. She loves to talk with people\, to write stories and to create connections through the organization of events that facilitate the encounter between different cultures. \nALICE SILVESTRI is a teacher of Italian as a second language\, and for several years\, she has been collaborating in the activation of intercultural projects that combat the phenomena of intolerance and encourage dialogue between people. \nERICA TESSARO is a teacher and an intercultural educator\, fascinated by the history and culture of countries around the world\, which she seeks to value and make known to others. \n
